I couldn't end the day without posting some cute pictures of our little Nicholas 6 years ago. Six years ago today we became parents. Six years ago today the joy in our lives became even more abundant. Six years ago today we were blessed to bring Nicholas into our family. It has been a great six years and we look forward to all the rest with Nicholas. He is one special boy and we are grateful to have been entrusted with his care.

Here he is a few days old. 
(and yes, I am positive this is Nicholas and not Carter, there is a bit of resemblance :)We had a fun filled day of celebrating...school with doughnuts to share with his class, lunch with Kerstin and William, Discovery Gateway museum, dinner at Chili's with the family, and home again.

he had a fun 6th birthday! all kinds of celebration! the boys LOVED his party. they couldn't stop talking about it when they got home. happy birthday, nicholas!
